Straight Answers About Phone Systems, Internet, and Working with UpLync

Choosing a phone system or internet provider often raises many questions. We’ve put together answers to the questions businesses ask most about UpLync, our services, and how it all works.

Don’t see your question here, let us know. Our team is always happy to help.
UpLync offers business phone systems, internet services, and communication tools to keep your business connected. We handle setup, support, employee training, and ongoing service, so you only need to call one team for everything.
Most providers just install the service and drop off equipment. UpLync stays involved. We handle setup, keep an eye on your system, and offer ongoing support, so you always have one contact if anything changes or needs fixing.

With a traditional phone system, you have a phone vendor and a phone provider (two separate companies). As an example, a phone vendor would sell you the phone system and maintain it (sometimes at an additional monthly cost); however, they would not provide phone service or lines to it. AT&T or someone like them would do that. So, basically, after you purchased and installed the system, you may or may not be in a service contract with your phone vendor as well as your phone company. UpLync does both, so you only have to work with one company.

Voice over IP (VoIP) phone systems, conventional fax, electronic fax, digital phone lines (SIP trunks), LTE failover, business texting, mobile app, and dedicated LTE for VoIP phones.

We work with both. UpLync helps small businesses, growing companies, and organizations with multiple locations. We design systems based on how your business runs now, with room to grow in the future.

Your UpLync phone system doesn’t physically “live” at your business location. It’s hosted in a secure data center. So, while your phones won’t work during an internet and/or power outage, people calling your number will still reach your system and hear your voicemail recordings. We can also call-forward your phone number to cell phone(s) so you can still receive incoming calls. The mobile app we provide allows you to make outbound calls.

Support can be reached by phone at (765) 421-6072, by submitting a service ticket, or emailing us at [email protected].

No. We don’t require contracts and have no hidden fees.
